Federal Drug Charge Criminal Defense Attorney, Lawyer W.F. “Casey” Ebsary, Jr. just got a great tip from a colleague at the Federal Defender’s Office. There are Bureau of Prisons (BOP) facilities that provide a complete Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP). Most of the BOP facilities have some form of drug abuse treatment, these locations are the only locations providing the complete RDAP. These programs, if successfully completed, provide up to a one year reduction in sentences pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3621(e).
